Hi friends!!!
I am beyond excited to bring you my first official Zoya swatches!!! I feel like I have been blessed by the nail gods! Zoya is one of those brands we all dream about and I feel beyond blessed to be able to review this today. I sure am one lucky girl!
A couple of weeks ago I posted the press release for these beauties here and I finally have them in my hands! The formula on these guys is amazing, a tiny bit thicker than a creme but not too hard to work with. Two coats and you’re good to go.
Zoya recommends a base but I was a little anxious to get these on my nails so I skipped it. Let me introduce you to the pettries! Two coats no base no top in the pictures.
*Rowan– Creamy suede taupe
*Ana- Light toasted almond (looks more like a soft pink to me)
*Leah- Lavender tinged taupe
*Sage- Mossy sage green
*Tove- Misty slate grey
*Brittany- Rose mauve cream
I have to admit I was a little apprehensive when I got the press release and read that they suggested not using top coat with these. But I did not miss top coating at all. They dried pretty quickly, 15 minutes and you can go about your business without worrying about messing up your Mani. The finish has a pretty sheen to it, it is indeed the perfect hybrid between glossy and matte finishes.
What do I think?? You need these! They are beyond beautiful and it is definitely a purchase you will NOT regret!! My favorites are Rowan and Brittany, although I sincerely love them all!
Thank you so much for reading! Please let me know what you think of the swatches and whether or not you’re thinking about buying any polish from this collection!
*Zoya Satin is not intended to be worn with a top coat. For best results: Prep nail with Zoya Remove Plus Nail Polish Remover, apply base coat and finish with 2 thin coats of any Zoya Satin Nail Polish.
AVAILABLE 01/15/15!
